Softroc of Central Texas ("we," "us," or "our") is a locally owned and operated installer of poured-in-place rubber surfacing serving Waco, Temple, Killeen, Belton, and the surrounding communities. This policy applies to this website and to the estimate requests, phone calls, and emails that come through it.

When you fill out an estimate form, call, or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That typically includes:

Like most websites, ours records basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and the site or search that referred you. This helps us understand which pages are useful and where the site needs work.

4. Calls, texts, and marketing consent
When you submit your phone number through an estimate form, you are asking us to contact you about your project. We may call or text you at that number to confirm details and schedule your visit. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
You can opt out of marketing calls or texts at any time by replying STOP to a text message, telling the rep on the phone, or emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages that relate directly to an active project or a scheduled appointment.
5. When we share information
We share your information only when it is needed to serve you or when the law requires it. That can include:
- Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our scheduling and CRM software, email and text messaging platforms, website hosting, and analytics providers
- Installation crews and subcontractors assigned to your project, limited to what they need to complete the work
- Financing partners, but only if you choose to apply for financing and submit an application through their system
- The Softroc brand network, where a request falls outside our service area and needs to be routed to the correct local installer
- Legal and safety disclosures required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of people and property
If our business is sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
6. Cookies and tracking

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranty commitments, and meet tax and legal recordkeeping requirements. Once information is no longer needed, we delete it or strip out the details that identify you.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their jobs. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us right away.

We may update this policy as our services, technology, or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
